We can transmit personal data to suppliers who provide services on our behalf according to our instructions. We do not authorise these providers to use or publish the data unless this is required to provide services for us or to comply with legal requirements.

 

6. Storage duration

 

In accordance with the applicable data protection requirements, Article 5, Paragraph 1 (e) of the GDPR obliges us to delete personal data immediately once the purpose for processing is complete. In this context, we wish to advise you that legal retention obligations and periods are a legitimate reason for processing personal data. Extended storage is only performed if this is required to investigate attacks detected on our website.
