We can transmit personal data to suppliers who provide services on our behalf according to our instructions. We do not authorise these providers to use or publish the data unless this is required to provide services for us or to comply with legal requirements.

 

6. Storage duration

 

In accordance with the applicable data protection requirements, Article 5, Paragraph 1 (e) of the GDPR obliges us to delete personal data immediately once the purpose for processing is complete. In this context, we wish to advise you that legal retention obligations and periods are a legitimate reason for processing personal data. Extended storage is only performed if this is required to investigate attacks detected on our website.

We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest of creating easy to use website access statistics in a cost-efficient manner (Article 6, Paragraph 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation)

The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website (including your IP address and the URLs of the websites that you called up) is transferred to a Google served in the USA and saved there. We do not save any of your data collected as part of Google Analytics.
