Crane operator's licence

Safety during crane operations is of utmost importance for everyone involved on the construction site. Therefore, qualified training for crane operators is a top priority. Together with our cooperation partner TÜV Süd, we ensure that crane operators receive comprehensive training in all aspects of safety and equipment knowledge relating to cranes – both in theory and in practice.

Anyone who wants to operate a mobile crane or gantry crane requires a legally prescribed certificate of competence (‘crane licence’) in accordance with §11 FK-V.

The training covers the following content (excerpt):

• Basic concepts of mechanics, electrics, hydraulics
• Crane design and operation
• Safety and employee protection regulations
• Load-bearing equipment, slinging and moving loads
• Acceptance and periodic inspections, inspection log

We organise these training courses for you and conduct them either at one of our branches or at your premises (provided the crane is located at your place of business). The certificates (credit card format) are issued by TÜV-Süd.
