2025 EXPORT PRIZE

Domestic exporters impress! Every year, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKÖ) awards the Export Prize to precisely these types of businesses.

Austria's roughly 64,000 export companies are defying the challenging environment. Domestic companies are once again clearly demonstrating that “Made in Austria” is a globally recognised seal of quality; their products and services impress customers around the globe. The prestigious Export Award, presented by Minister for Economic Affairs Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer and Austrian Chamber of Commerce President Harald Mahrer, recognises the exceptional achievements of these companies.

“Our export companies are the heart of the domestic economy – with their passion, innovative spirit and uncompromising quality standards. Every day, they demonstrate that courage, skill and speed are what it takes to survive in the global marketplace. The Export Award highlights precisely these outstanding achievements and proves that Austrian companies are often just that little bit better. And that’s what makes the difference,” highlighted WKÖ President Harald Mahrer.

For the 31st time, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce presented the Export Award at the “Exporters’ Nite” event, which represents the breadth and diversity of the Austrian economy. Every year at the event, the best of the best are in the spotlight. In bestowing the awards, the countless entries were judged by an independent jury of experts. The award was presented in six main categories and two special categories.

After enjoying success in the “Transport & Traffic” category in 2020, Prangl was honoured for the second time – on this occasion with the bronze Export Award. “We consider this award to be a mark of esteemed recognition of our highly specialised services. Our employees deliver outstanding work every day – with a wealth of experience, dedication, passion, enthusiasm and sensitivity,” enthused proprietor and managing director Christian Prangl.
